The location was the best part of my stay. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes are an easy walk away, and a lovely seaside park is about ten minutes on foot. My room was small but clean, with a nice balcony. The sea view would be beautiful if you get a room facing the water. The bathroom worked fine and had a small tub, shampoo, and body wash, but no lotion or toothbrush. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee, no safe, and the Wi-Fi was pretty slow. Reception staff weren't especially helpful. The room rate was quite cheap, so expectations probably shouldn't be high, but the included breakfast and dinner were the worst part. Breakfast was one of the worst I've had at a hotel, more like a canteen with very few choices. I'd strongly suggest booking somewhere else.

It’s described as a four-star hotel, but it didn’t feel like one to me. The rooms are pretty standard, fine for a short stay.

The sea view is nice if you get a front-facing room, and the location is good, with a grocery store, a market, and a seaside park nearby. Service at the front desk could be more helpful. My TV never got fixed after I reported it, and although there was a kettle, no tea or coffee was supplied. The fridge had no bottled water at first, and it took several calls to reception to get some. The food was okay, but the variety wasn't great, and the bathroom needs maintenance. Construction at three nearby buildings made it a bit dusty and noisy outside.

I had a room on the 12th floor, with a view over the strait and the magnificent Incheon Bridge. The seaside park nearby is a lovely place for a stroll. The room was spacious and clean, with two kinds of towels, toothbrushes, cleansing foam, two wardrobes for clothes, and an electronic safe.

There are over 30 restaurants about a 15-minute walk north, and a nice coastal park ten minutes south. It’s also under 15 minutes from the hotel to ICN Terminal 1, so we’d consider staying again for an early flight. The room was a decent size and the little couch was comfortable. The location is good, and the view is nice, especially if you get a room facing the sea.
