The owner was friendly and quick to reply in chat, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. My room was clean and fairly modern, with its own air conditioning, which you don’t find in most Seoul hotels. I could hear noise from the next room, and the station was a bit of a walk, so keep that in mind if you have lots of luggage. The shower towels weren’t very good at absorbing water, and the quality wasn’t great.

A few drawbacks: the neighborhood is bland and has limited places to eat. The subway ride from Incheon airport is very short, but it’s still a good 10-minute walk from the station. With lots of bags or in hot weather, a taxi might be worth the extra cost. The towels are small, there’s no large bath towel, and the walls seem thin enough that you can hear other guests. Ear plugs may help with sleep. The room itself was very clean, with comfortable beds, a nice TV setup, and fast WiFi. The air conditioning kept a good sleeping temperature, and the shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. Shampoo, toothpaste, and a toothbrush were provided, which was thoughtful. The host replied quickly, though their English was limited. Breakfast was milk and dry cereal, and the price felt fair. If you need a place to spend the night near the airport and the location works for you, I’d recommend it.

I was surprised by how nice this guesthouse turned out to be. The shared kitchenette was stocked, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom and shower looked elegant. Check-in was straightforward, and the staff were kind and accommodating. It’s under a 10-minute walk from the city center, too. I’d recommend it if you’re spending time in Unseo.

There’s also a pickup and drop-off option at Unseo station, about a 10-15 minute walk from exit 2. I’m not sure about airport drop-off, but the subway was so close that I didn’t ask. I’d been skeptical because there were no reviews, then found out the place was brand new. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and new, with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner provided, plus a great kitchen area. I’d book here over other guest houses. It’s actually clean and new, and the hospitality is hard to beat.
