K-One Motel

The place doesn’t deserve even one star. It was just awful. The room looked freshly cleaned when they showed it to me, but it was full of dust. The computer didn’t work, and the air conditioner cord had been cut completely. The remote was sticky, the TV instructions were wrong, and the towels were dirty. A sewer smell kept coming up from the bathroom drain now and then. The air purifier smelled so bad that it seemed its filter had never been changed. I’m glad I went alone, because I don’t even want to imagine staying there with my partner. There are plenty of other motels nearby, and this place really needs to improve.

The screen was broken, and the computer wouldn’t even turn on. The blankets were just two thin sheets that kept coming apart. Very disappointing.

I was told it would cost 30,000 won a night, but after handing over my card I was charged 33,000 won. The room hadn’t been cleaned well. It’s a cheap place to stay if you need somewhere on a whim. I liked that instant noodles were provided at the entrance, but there wasn’t a kettle in the room, so I had to ask the front desk for one. There was no instant coffee mix or anything like that either.

Pleasant atmosphere, and a good hotel for a relatively low price.
