There are plenty of nice photo spots here. The view from the accommodation is great, and with charcoal grilling and a pool, I can see it getting even busier in summer. The room has a terrace and a bed upstairs, though that upper bed could be hard for older guests to reach.

I liked having breakfast, and the bedding was clean, so I was mostly satisfied. The winter ice sledding rink beside the pool was a nice touch. The rest of the cleaning and upkeep let things down, though: the room and barbecue area weren't very clean, the bedding was dusty, and even basics like the lights and slippers weren't in great shape.

The owner took some really good photos, so I was surprised by how disappointing it was in person. There were rice grains caught in the carpet, and a strange black buildup on the barbecue exhaust fan. When I turned it on to clear the meat smoke, clumps fell off onto my food and clothes. I don't know if it simply hadn't been cleaned, but I'm not coming back. Why was it marked closed on Google?

The owners and staff were so kind, and the breakfast was excellent. The pension itself feels a little older than it does in the homepage photos. It seems best suited to couples, since it's a bit small for families.
