Nest Hotel Incheon

The rooms are comfortable, the staff are fantastic, and both the buffet and lounge are top notch. There's also a convenience store inside with normal prices, which was really helpful. The pool and sauna areas are okay, though it felt a little weird watching the lifeguard make bubbles for atmosphere. I'd happily stay again if I needed somewhere near the airport.

I should've stayed here sooner. I've tried almost all the international hotel chains around the incheom airport, and this was a very good experience. It's a bit far from the airport, but quiet and peaceful. If you have a car, it's a short drive to an island road lined with tons of cafes. I liked the artistic feel of the hotel, and it was very clean. The bathroom floor was the one issue, but luckily they provided an anti-slip mat. As a marriot member, I also got a fantastic upgrade. I'll come again in the future.

The bed was nice, and I liked the little balcony and having different glasses and cups in the room. The drinks and snacks there weren't free. For an overnight stay before a flight, it was okay. At ICN T1, the airport shuttle bus stop was under the bridge, and the drivers kindly loaded every guest's luggage. I didn't like having to sign T&C that included “using the non-slippery mat in the bathroom”. If the floor can be slippery, the hotel shouldn't have installed slippery tiles there to begin with. The design concept seems to cover the look of the hotel, but not the bathroom floor.

Nest Hotel was a pleasant surprise. During both stays this month, I got upgraded to the next room category as a Bonvoy Titanium member. That thoughtful gesture stood out, especially after the less satisfactory room allocations I had at Plaza Seoul and Courtyard Suwon on the same trip. Both rooms were spotless, and the bed was comfortably supportive. The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were professional and friendly. The airport shuttle driver was just as courteous and helpful. This is a well-managed, comfortable place, and I'll gladly return on future visits to Seoul.
