Paradise City made a strong impression on me during my visit to the Incheon area. It’s a huge resort near Incheon International Airport, so it’s convenient if you’re arriving or heading out from Seoul. The service was professional and efficient. The public spaces are striking, with large art pieces and sculptures throughout. Walking around the lobby and corridors felt closer to visiting a modern gallery than a regular hotel. The resort brings together a luxury hotel, casino, restaurants, spa facilities, and lots of contemporary art. The rooms are spacious and modern, with big windows, comfortable furnishings, and a clean design. The atmosphere feels upscale and polished without being too formal, and there’s plenty to explore on the property. It’s an impressive place to stay if you’re after a high end resort experience near the airport, with hospitality, entertainment, and art all together.

With indoor attractions and entertainment venues, there’s plenty to do here whatever the weather, even if you’re just visiting for a meal rather than staying overnight. Paradise City feels like a whole entertainment destination, with restaurants, shopping, leisure facilities, luxury rooms, and striking architecture all in one complex. The contemporary art collection throughout gives it the feel of a modern gallery, and the public areas are spacious with good dining options. It’s close to Incheon International Airport, which makes it handy for a rest before or after a flight. Despite that, the resort felt peaceful and exclusive to me. The design details and upscale atmosphere are noticeable as soon as you walk in. For a meal, a short stop, or a longer break, it offers a premium experience and is one of the most impressive resort complexes in South Korea.

I want to thank Gardenia Park for how kindly and professionally they handled a problem with my parents' room reservation at check in yesterday, when I arrived in Korea. It was stressful and could have spoiled the start of our family trip, but Gardenia Park never showed any annoyance. Their care turned what might have been a difficult beginning into a pleasant trip. Staff like Gardenia Park add to the hotel's reputation and quality. I’m very grateful, and I hope this message gets to them.

I came to see the city and ended up barely leaving Paradise. The service was lovely: every employee I passed acknowledged me with a smile and a bow. They also treated high rollers to comps and drink and food vouchers, with refreshments offered around the casino. The men's spa was unbelievable, with several pools at different temperatures and saunas. It felt a little above five-star to me.

The shower was the main letdown: its pressure felt weak, and the temperature kept swinging from too hot to too cold. Being near the airport also meant I could hear planes at night, which may bother some people. Still, the hotel has plenty to enjoy without going out, from restaurants and a casino to a spa, and the pool felt open and relaxing, including for families. Art is displayed throughout the luxurious property, so even a walk around is enjoyable. I stayed in a spacious, comfortable Premier Deluxe Room in the Gold Wing, with a stylish modern design and a bed I slept well in. Check-in and checkout were easy, the staff were professional and polite, and English was no problem. Complimentary minibar drinks and snacks were a nice extra.
