The room is more spacious than at other motels, and it has a clean bed and a full bathtub. There’s also an LG air cleaner, which is a big plus since it means there shouldn’t be much of the smell you get in other Korean motels. The price is very reasonable. If you want a clean, inexpensive hotel, though we call it a motel in Korea, this place fits. You do need a vehicle.

This isn’t a place for tourists. If you’re arriving or departing, you’d be better off going straight to the airport from Seoul. Coming here means spending more on taxis, and there’s only one restaurant you could go to, but it’s closed. There’s nothing around, just an industrial area.

Unless you have a car, the location is really bad. Maybe it’s a love hotel for locals, I don’t know. There’s a garage with stairs straight up to the room, which is spacious and has a bathtub, dehumidifier, roomy toilet, slippers, air con, and other amenities. Still, there’s almost nothing to do nearby. There’s a 7-11 and 1-2 restaurants, but not much else, and getting an Uber was really difficult. Luckily, we managed to get one around 5:30am and made it to the airport on time. Cheongna International Station looks close on the map, but it isn’t. You have to wait for bus 44, which only comes every 30 minutes.

Public transport access is really poor, but this is a good option if you have a car. Each room has its own parking spot. You enter, open the space for your room number, go up the stairs, and your assigned room is right there. The room was clean and fine for the price. I’ve only stayed in business hotels in Japan before, so this was my first time in Korean accommodation. Apart from it being unmanned, the room was quite good. If you’re going to an Inspire concert and have a car, it seems like a decent alternative to the expensive places on Yeongjongdo.

The location is in an industrial complex, with factory dormitory buildings around, and the staff response and cleanliness were the worst. As soon as I walked in, I saw a used acne patch under the mirror, along with a lot of hair. It wasn’t tucked away by the bed. Seeing that right at the entrance made me think the floor hadn’t been cleaned at all. I checked the sheets because I was worried, and there was plenty of dirt on them too. I wondered if they’d even been washed. The elevator isn’t for customers, so with a lot of luggage you have to park on the first floor and carry everything up and down. When I complained about the room, they asked me to send a photo of the stain to the main 032 number. I did, but the photo didn’t come through, so they gave me the 010 number and asked me to resend it there. Since the place is unmanned, the doors are operated remotely, but the employee struggled with it. I had to call again to open the garage, then call again to get the room door open. The room they offered to move me to was right in front of the tree, completely blocking the ocean view. In the end I asked them to clean the original room again. Check-in was supposed to be at 3, but I didn’t get in until after 4. The replacement sheets had contaminants on them too, so I gave up.
