The furniture is a little old, though still okay, and the whole place is flats being rented out rather than a hotel. Even the “reception” is just a flat. The hardest part was finding someone who could hand over the keys, since there were no instructions at the entrance. That left me with a somewhat sour impression. Still, the room was very big, the location is convenient for the airport, and the free shuttle stop is right by the entrance. It’s a reasonable option for a morning or connecting flight.
The guesthouse is in the 'O Ville' building, with the office on the 7th floor in room 719. The manager is friendly, speaks english, and is very helpful. The apartment was spacious and very clean, with a free shuttle to the international airport. The ride takes 5 minutes to terminal 1 and 20 minutes to terminal 2. 💥I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HERE!💥 😃
There’s a convenience store and plenty of restaurants in the building, plus a free airport shuttle stop directly across the street. Management communicated well, so checking in and out was easy. It’s a comfortable guest house close to Incheon airport.
I booked Prime Guesthouse as a transit hotel because it was near the airport and advertised free airport transfer, not just an airport shuttle. I requested a transfer when I booked, but the hotel didn’t reply until it was too late. During covid, international travelers couldn’t use Prime Guesthouse as a transit hotel. The owner should have known that, although even the airlines weren’t clear about the rules. I was in touch with the hotel and wasn’t a no-show, but I wasn’t allowed to leave the airport. The owner said I would have had to wait for PCR test results before leaving regardless. Instead of refunding me, as many businesses were doing during the pandemic, the owner kept my money. Do hotels have a license to take bookings and collect money from travelers who can’t leave the airport? The owner replied to my transfer request, “Dear Guest, We're sorry, but your request cannot be approved at this time. We recommend making your request directly to the front desk during check-in.” But by check-in, it would obviously be too late to request a transfer. Later the owner messaged me, “sorry but we cannot offer pick up service from airport . Delta airline is at Terminal 2 , it's far away 20 mins away by car. so it's not a pick up distance . Besides Overseas entrants duty 1 day Self-quarantine till get a result of PCR test . You can use airport free shuttle bus”. Agoda, however, lists the hotel as no further than 1.5km away. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I’d rather book somewhere that won’t take the money when they know you can’t come. They already knew I was arriving on an international flight from USA.
