They charge 40,000 won for a dog, and the rules mean you can’t really go out with it. Dogs aren’t allowed in shops or restaurants in South Korea, and here they expect you to keep yours on a leash in the room, disinfect the room before leaving, and never leave the dog alone there. I had to cancel. Getting the refund through booking.com took three weeks.

The water in both the shower and kitchen smelled moldy. I’m not sure whether the pipes had mold or they just weren’t used often, but the smell was noticeable. The kitchen setup was also sparse, with no dish soap or sponge and only a few dishes and pieces of cutlery. Towels were more like hand towels than the larger bath towels many Western guests are used to. Still, the rooms were very clean, and the price is fair, maybe even on the cheaper side. The hotel is in Incheon’s business district, away from nightlife, with a more sophisticated feel. There are good places to eat and convenience stores downstairs in the lobby. Soap and shampoo are provided. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms were VERY clean, cozy, and in great condition. You get a separate bedroom, kitchen, and a washer-dryer, which made this one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in Korea. A couple of things bothered me: the ventilation is weak, though opening a window helps and it’s quiet outside. There’s a cover beneath the bedsheet that makes your back sweaty at night. Seoul is quite far away, although the metro is only five minutes off.

There are several convenience stores and coffee shops within the premises, and the metro is easy to reach. A small pantry and lounge make this a handy place to stay.
