The room itself may look fine and the location may be okay, but the service problems made this stay feel chaotic. Amenities worked, though their condition varied between rooms, and I’d rate the rooms 2/5. Service felt closer to 1/5, maybe even a generous score. You expect basic reliability and staff who can make a stay go smoothly. Instead, everyone seemed confused. Cleaning was unpredictable. Some days the bed was made and the garbage taken, other days neither seemed to happen. It felt like there was no dependable routine, leaving us with trash and the sense that the room wasn’t being properly reset. We also had a toilet overflow, and our group was asked to clean it up. That’s a sanitation problem the hotel should handle, not guests. Room cards went missing too, leaving us unsure whether we’d be able to get back into our room. When we raised these issues, the service manager was stubborn, rude, unhelpful, and inept. Management should solve problems and take responsibility, but the response felt more like resistance than help. The repeated failures, from the overflowing toilet and missing cards to uneven cleaning, turned a basic hotel stay into a daily problem. A lived experience score of 2 out of 5 for service makes sense. If you want staff who handle problems properly, think twice about booking.

The lobby and rooms were very unhygienic, and the toilet flooded. There was no room service, and customer service was poor. Don’t spoil your holiday by booking here.

The room was fine and had everything, including a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Breakfast had very few choices, so that menu needs work.
