This place calls itself a luxury stay and a Premier Hotel, but it was nowhere near luxurious. At best, it was subpar. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Sky top hotel sucks. There's basically no service. There's no customer service desk, and nobody is around before 3 PM for check-in. After the guests check in, the person leaves and doesn't show up again until the next day's check-in time, so good luck if something goes wrong after hours. There's also nobody to contact for maintenance. My shower was broken. They advertise airport pickup and guided tours, but I couldn't find anyone available to arrange either. Early check-in comes with an extra charge of 10,000 Korean won per hour. The location is subjective. There are places around the hotel where you can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but you'll be doing a lot of walking. As a Westerner, you're probably not going to like this hotel. You can find better options, like the Howard Johnson Hotel, where I went for the breakfast buffet. I wish I'd done more research and booked there. It's absolutely amazing.

The room was messy and really uncomfortable, with broken things and no awareness from whoever was responsible for looking after it. The cleaning staff were so rude that I wanted to leave as soon as possible. The price didn't match the quality!

After I checked in and fell asleep, someone came into my room in the middle of the night. I've stayed at lots of hotels and never had a double booking before. It was frightening and left me feeling very uncomfortable.

The city view was pretty nice, and the room had everything I needed for a night before an early flight. It's walkable from the station, though I think there are hotels even closer. There are fewer food stalls than around other hotels, and the place felt deserted: only the convenience store below was open, while the rest of the shops were vacant.
