I had a comfortable rest here. The view is lovely and it's easy to get to, although the facilities are a bit old. Since I visited in the dead of winter, it was quiet. The discount for National Pension recipients also makes it an economical option.

What makes this place so great is its location right beside Cheongpung Lake. The accommodations themselves aren't really the standout.

The rooms were clean, but the air purifier was dusty and unpleasant to use. Hill House has no check-in staff, so you have to check in at Lake Hotel. The lobby was hot because the air conditioning wasn't working, and the unmanned convenience store had very few snack choices.

The views are great, but room assignment depends on who checks in first. Arrive late in the evening and you may only get a view of bare trees with their leaves fallen. Haha.
