The campsite felt peaceful, with time passing slowly as the lights came on one by one in the evening. A gentle breeze lingered beneath the apricot tree, and opening the window let in the scent of greenery. I liked that the place wasn't overly decorated. It was a lovely spot to rest quietly.

The camper van was roomier and nicer inside than I'd expected for my first camping trip. We could enjoy the water with an outdoor jacuzzi and pool, and the nearby walking area and view were great. I was very satisfied overall. The price felt a little high, and I did wish the accommodation weren't so visible from outside.

The view across Cheongpung Lake from the caravan was fantastic, and the interior was in excellent, very clean condition. This is a glamping site at Cheongpung Lake in Jecheon, with spa rooms and rooms that combine a spa and swimming pool. I stayed in Spa Room #6, and the spa rooms have the better view. The spa and BBQ each cost an extra 20,000 won, paid on site. On arrival, they brought our luggage from the car to the caravan by golf cart, which was convenient. At check-in we could also pick up basic seasonings like salt, pepper, and ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce). The double bed might feel cramped if you're on the larger side and sleeping close together, but there's a soft mattress topper in the living area, and the heating is warm, so sleeping there is an option. I was really happy with the BBQ grill. It was my first time using a smoker grill, and the Tomahawk steak came out perfectly and tasted amazing. The spa stayed warm until 10 PM, and we watched a movie on the living room projector and enjoyed ourselves late into the night. It's not too far from Seoul, and the facilities are great. I was truly satisfied and plan to visit again. Highly recommended.
