Jecheon Andante

For an overnight stay, the rate was 40,000 KRW per person. Parking wasn't a big problem since there's a municipal gymnasium nearby, though the lot isn't spacious enough for all the rooms despite what they say. Inside, the cleanliness and hygiene were poor: I saw dust and hair on parts of the wooden bed supports, and there were cockroaches. The fridge may have been poorly maintained or set to run too cold, but the bottoms of the cans, the drinks, and even the water had frozen solid. I wish they'd take care of the basics.

I won't go back, even if they offer a free stay. There were bugs all over the blanket, and when I asked staff to replace it, they were really rude. The room cleaning was a mess.

At least the electric blanket kept me warm for the night. The place itself wasn't in great shape, though: the interior was filthy, there was a business club next door, and the rooms were beat up and scratched. Cleanliness wasn't good either.

The room and bathroom weren't too bad in terms of cleanliness, but my body felt itchy for some reason. The white towels had turned yellow, too. I was here for a long business trip, but the old mattress and furnishings make this a poor choice for tourism.
