The rooms were compact and clean, and the location was nice. The staff were extremely courteous and cooperative, and check-in was seamless. We’d booked for two days, with a three-bed room the first night and a two-bed room the next. My wife wasn’t well, and the usual timing would have left her sitting at Reception for four hours between checkout and check-in. Once we explained the situation, the staff on duty personally checked which room was available and helped us move into the new room at 8am instead of 3pm. They also went out of their way to make her comfortable, even heating food we’d bought in the microwave. It was a pleasant stay. This kind of personal service really makes the hotel excellent.

It’s in Jeju city, which was great, and it’s a social enterprise. The room felt vintage but still modern, and was spacious, clean, comfortable, with everything provided. The toilet floor was kind of slippery, though, and parking in the area was difficult. I’d recommend it.

The room was modern and had an air purifier and a big TV. Staff were great, check-in the night before our flight was easy, and they stored our bags. The hotel is also a social enterprise supporting vocational rehabilitation for people with severe disabilities, which might help when you’re choosing where to stay.

I stayed one night in August 2024. The room was tidy and clean, and toiletries, water, and coffee were provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. The price was low, and it’s close to the airport, though not within walking distance of the shopping areas. The main inconvenience was charging things. There wasn’t an outlet near the bed, and the wall socket wouldn’t hold my adaptor, which caused a lot of trouble with my phone and other devices. I also had trouble controlling the air conditioner. I only felt the fan, and it was warm on a summer night.

I’m on my third night here and check out tomorrow. The price is reasonable, the location is great, and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. It’s also close to the airport. They clean the room daily and provide free coffee, tea, and bottled water. I’d definitely stay here again.
