6/10
The room was roomy and the bed was comfortable, and getting checked in through the machine with help from an operator went smoothly enough. There's a bus stop a minute away, which is handy. Some upkeep was lacking, though: cupboard doors were broken, trash from the previous guest was still in the room, and the bathroom ventilation was poor. It was serviceable.

The room was ridiculously small, and it stayed really cold because the heating seemed broken. Reception tried warming it up each day, but it still didn't work. On the plus side, the receptionist was lovely and even helped check whether I'd left my purse behind at 5am. The location's good, with a 7-11 and bus stop 20m away. There was a nice balcony and an intelligent toilet, too.

The bath was great for unwinding, and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and could be air conditioned, with sheets changed daily by the workers. Parking takes a little figuring out: you can use certain sides of the hotel, or a staff member can help with the mechanical lift.

The staff were very polite and helpful. When we nearly missed our flight, the lady seemed more stressed about it than we were.
