I came away so shaken that I now find myself making frequent psychologist visits to work through the trauma of staying here. I even get cold sweats and flashbacks about the hotel. By the end, I was practically running to the nearest medical facility for a thorough check-up for every illness I could think of.

The location is good, but everything else was subpar. It felt like a motel pretending to be a hotel: the room smelled of cigarettes and was run-down, and the service was terrible. Even for a one-night stay, it was unbearably poor for the price. I wouldn't recommend it.

The remodel has made it clean, but it still feels gloomy and very old-fashioned.

It's decent, though it feels more like a motel than a hotel. The facilities are clean and the elevator is pretty good. I stayed in a triple room facing the road. The room is small, and the power outlets are awkwardly placed. There's fast internet, two bottles of water, and two packets of instant coffee, but no cotton swabs or condoms. Parking is tight, with only four spots.

The cigarette smell was so awful that even my coworkers, who smoke and were staying in other rooms, were having a hard time with it. It seems to drift up from the lower floors through the bathroom. Even with the exhaust fan running and the windows open, the whole room still reeked. I'm shocked a hotel still lets people smoke in the rooms. This place is a motel in name only, and the management is a mess. What's the point of remodeling? I'm seriously wondering whether to report it to the Ministry of Health and Welfare or the local government. The parking lot exists, but it's very small and uncomfortable. I don't know whether the inside is cleaned, because there's still dust and hair on the blankets. The towels are rough and irritating on my skin, and they smell.
