Breakfast was included, with lots of typical Korean food to choose from, and it was good. The price was reasonable, the bed comfortable, and the place clean. We were in a two-bedroom suite, though there were only enough cups and similar items for two people. There was a hot stove with a sign saying not to use it. The living room couch and one chair were uncomfortable, and they said there were no extra chairs when we asked. The suite felt plain weird, like someone had taken all the furniture and replaced it with a few pieces from Alice on Wonderland. The bedrooms had no closets or dressers, so our clothes stayed in suitcases. There was one small shared closet with only a few mismatched hangers from various retail stores. Our room wasn’t cleaned the first night, and when we called to complain and ask for clean towels, they gave us a hard time, though they eventually brought towels. There were no balcony chairs, and the hallways were very dark at night. The grounds were clean and plain, and the bathrooms roomy with lots of amenities. You definitely need a car. It’s okay for one night, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer.

We booked through agoda and requested a bed guide for the children. They confirmed it, but it wasn’t prepared and they didn’t even have one. The room was old and not very clean, and the price wasn’t cheap compared with other hotels. I won’t visit again. Never.

The room was clean, the price reasonable, and the service great.
