There was plenty of room for the three of us, and the bathroom was nice too. I enjoyed staying here for a long time. I could top up the free water from the pantry every day, and the receptionist spoke a little English. There’s parking, and though the hotel isn’t right on the main road, the location was fine. CU Mart is nearby. Thanks for having us, Jeju. Hope to meet again.

The price was on the low side, so it may suit you if you’re not too fussy, but I still expected basic hotel service. Housekeeping was only available on request. In our five nights, our towels and bins were changed just once, and we had to ask for coffee and toilet paper to be replenished. We stayed in a renovated double room, which felt quite new, but the bathroom was old, very dated, and had some mold. The area was quiet and within walking distance of attractions and the pier. The staff were the biggest letdown. On arrival, the receptionist coughed right in our faces without apologizing. Nobody spoke English, which we could manage, but there wasn’t much customer service. Staff wore their own clothes, so it was hard to tell who was working.
