The room was good for the price. The bed felt a little stiff, but I still slept a lot, lol. Check-in and checkout through the KIOSK were easy. As far as I know, it works in Korean, English, and Japanese. You enter your name and the machine gives you a room key card. To leave, press checkout and put the card in the machine. That’s all. The hotel is a 7-8 minute drive from the airport, and taxis seem to be available most of the day. Walk about 15 minutes north and you’ll reach Dongmun Market, along with restaurants, shopping centers, and street food vendors.

We stayed overnight between flights. There’s plenty of food nearby, though the bad weather meant lots of places closed early. A lovely woman at the front desk greeted us warmly, and had even called earlier to check whether we were arriving. No other hotels did that. We had trouble ordering fried chicken because we didn’t have a Korean number, so we asked the receptionist for help. The night shift receptionist was kind and funny, and helped us place the order through the app on his phone. The service was excellent for a 2 star hotel. The room’s toilet had an old design, but it was warm and spacious. The table was too small for four, so we ate the chicken sitting on the floor. The beds were clean and smelled fresh. It’s a cozy place, with a self-service convenience store and free coffee and tea at reception.

Really good value, and very quiet. It’s a bit uphill to walk there, but that works for me.
