We slept well in the comfortable room, even though the outside looks older. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from Jeju Airport, which made getting there and returning our rental car easy. It also sits near Dodu Rainbow Coastal Road, and the room had useful extras like a fridge and nice toiletries. The bathroom lighting could be brighter. It worked just right for our stop before Busan, and I’d stay again before a morning flight.

The room’s vintage Korean design was clean and neatly arranged, and I liked having a jacuzzi. In May, the pool wasn’t open. Cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores are all within walking distance. The man at the front desk wasn’t very helpful when it came to accommodating guests from abroad.

Back in high school, I stayed here with friends. We were four guys sharing one room and had no trouble with that. The park and beach right across from the hotel made the location especially good. They could also arrange a BBQ if you asked ahead, which was a nice extra.

It’s easy to park, and the location near the coast is handy for a walk. I worried the nearby airport might mean a lot of noise, but the room was well insulated and we weren’t bothered. The facilities are old, but for the price it’s good value.

The jacuzzi is huge, the rooms are clean and roomy, and the hot water works great. It’s also close to some good restaurants, making this a great place to stay near Jeju Airport.
