We regret using these services. Our booking had been paid for and confirmed through Agoda, but when we arrived, our names weren't on the guest list. We tried reaching Agoda customer service and got referred to a dedicated support team. We ended up as the victims, whether the hotel or Agoda was at fault. Be careful and stay alert when using these services.

The first bed was covered in hair, so we asked for another room. There was still hair on the bed there, and the toilet floor was covered too. It was late and we were tired, so we stayed. It's cheap, so if you can put up with bad cleaning, fine, but I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel wasn't helpful, and I got no refund for the room, though I understand that's the booking company's responsibility. Every room smelled so strongly of smoke that I couldn't stand it, so I booked another hotel on the night I was supposed to check in. It was a terrible experience!

The front desk staff were helpful, but my room smelled of smoke and mosquitoes kept me up during the night.

This hotel was very poor, and there's a history of illness. I got the dates wrong when I booked, but the owner wouldn't allow a cancellation or change and was extremely rude about it. After that, he didn't answer my calls.
