After my flight was delayed, I reached the hotel at 1am and found nobody at reception. The room was dirty, so there was no way I could sleep there. I had to wait until 8am for someone to arrive and move me to another room. I got no compensation for the lost night or the time. Can't recommend it.

The staff, including the boss, were friendly. There are several mini markets such as 7-11 nearby, and a bus stop close by too. It's about a 10-minute walk to the bus station, with food just 5 minutes away on foot. The room and toilet were fine for me, especially at such a reasonable price in central Jeju City.

We stayed for 8 days and they never cleaned the room, not once. They only left towels and bottled water. No bed-making, no fresh sheets, and they didn't even take the trash out. I had to call to ask for new trash bags, but they couldn't understand English. -_-
