At 30,000 won a night, the room itself is in decent shape. It has what you need, including a washer, big fridge, microwave, sink, induction stove, and TV. There are no cooking utensils, though. They don't provide housing unless your stay is at least a week. It's in an officetel building, so it feels more like a hotel within an apartment building. Check-in is contactless, the details come by text, and you won't see staff, so think of it as an unmanned hotel.

My mom and I stayed for nine days and were very comfortable. Baojian Road is still a bit of a walk away, but the value for money is great.

Great value, with convenient transport nearby and lots of places doing early morning delivery. The TV was well placed and the air conditioning worked well. The owner was kind, and whenever something came up, staff arrived right away. Really pleased with the stay!

Everything was furnished, with appliances like a fridge, washing machine and microwave. Having four elevators made things so easy. It was a great stay, and I'll come again next time.

Downtown is close, so getting things done was easy. A convenience store and laundromat are only a one or two minute walk away. Seems like a good spot for staying several nights. I'd definitely come back!
