The one drawback was the toilet flushing, which was pretty loud. Otherwise, we slept really well in a quiet room with a comfortable bed. The receptionist spoke fluent English, was welcoming, and pointed us toward recommended places to eat. Since we stayed four nights, he also proactively offered to make up our room. We really appreciated his hospitality. Mari Hotel is close to the intercity bus terminal, which is convenient for bus travelers. Breakfast was simple, with toast, cereal, cup noodles, and coffee. The room had one remote for the lights, TV, and air conditioning. If you don’t understand Korean, it may take a while to figure out the buttons. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

The rooms were clean and straightforward, and the shower had strong pressure.

The breakfast and snack bar were a real plus, with toast, cereal, and instant noodles available until 10 PM. There’s free parking and EV charging too. Jeonju Hanok Village is about 10 to 15 minutes away by car, so this could suit couples and people getting around by car or public transport. The hotel is close to the bus terminal and Jeonju Station, and people rate it well for cleanliness, friendly service, and in-room facilities. Many rooms are roomy and comfortable, with large TVs that support OTT services, Stylers, and massage chairs. Bathrooms have large tubs. Some guests have mentioned soundproofing issues or uncertainty about check-in times, so it’s a good idea to confirm those when booking.

That 75-inch TV is a standout. The room was also odor-free and incredibly clean, with good bedding and a nice shower booth. It’s easy to find, right behind the intercity bus terminal. Coffee and other snacks are available on the first floor, which makes it great value.
