Shilla Stay Jeonju Hanok Village

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the people here were so kind and helpful. As a foreigner in Korea, I really felt the language barrier at times, but the staff still made sure I got great service. When my newborn's diaper leaked, they changed the sheets right away, and they also helped me sort out some takeout food I was ordering. I'll be back in May with my extended family.

We could walk to lots of restaurants and cafés, with Hanok Village nearby. The bathroom was a highlight, especially the modern setup and high-quality bidet toilet. The hotel was very comfortable throughout our stay, and the service was excellent.

Grace at the front desk was patient, diligent, and professional when we added a third room to our two reservations. The extra booking caused some confusion at check-in, especially with the language barrier, but she helped us through it. We also appreciated the room upgrade, and all the rooms were clean and comfortable. Byul helped us again after checkout when we called a few hours later because we'd left something behind. The coin laundry inside and convenience store across the street were handy. The shower drainage was the one issue: we had to angle the shower head oddly to keep water from flooding.

Everything worked well, from the sheets and air conditioning to the shower. My room was about 37 m2, very clean, and one of the most pleasant stays I've had. The staff were lovely too. I highly recommend it.
