Sounds Hotel

Getting around Jeonju from here was easy, and the whole stay felt more comfortable than I expected. The room was spotless and had a sleek, modern design, while the hotel still felt welcoming. Stylish, convenient, and memorable.

There are plenty of fun places and good restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and new, and the staff were really nice and spoke good English.

The room was awful, and there were problems everywhere. There was no wardrobe, the windows looked onto another building less than 1.5 m away, so we got no natural light, and at least one pillowcase was stained. Combs had hair left in them, one room had no toilet paper, and in another the shampoo bottle had been filled with water instead. One shower was clogged with hair from previous guests, the sink drain leaked while the water was running, and there was only one socket that was easy to reach. We could hear everything in the corridor because the rooms weren't soundproof. The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. The entrance stairs were dirty with leaves from a dead plant behind the door, and the neighborhood felt very dodgy, far from the city center. Staff were practically nonexistent. A man appeared from behind a closed window to hand us the key cards, then shut it again. When we returned with another question, we could see someone's legs beside him, as if they were lying on the floor. Avoid at all cost!

Everything was clean and comfortable, and the rooms felt new since this is a new hotel. When we had an electricity problem, the staff were helpful and moved us to another room. Really nice place to stay.
