The location made it easy to explore on foot, with the main sights nearby and several buses from the train station stopping near the cathedral. The guesthouse is close to Hanok village, yet the street stays calm. We only booked two nights because of later bookings, and wished we'd had at least three. The price seemed more than fair for South Korea, the location and what was provided. We loved how welcoming it felt. Fresh flowers from the owner's flower shop downstairs were everywhere, and the rooms were thoughtfully decorated. Toiletries, even toothpaste, were in the bathrooms, and the room had what we needed, including aircon. We never saw anyone in person; little notes explained everything, including check-in. There are bedrooms on two floors, with shared bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, water dispenser, and coffee and tea. We had a room upstairs, where there were two bathrooms and two shower rooms, so getting ready would be easy even with the guesthouse full. It was amazingly quiet during our visit, and the whole place was clean, heated, and had hot showers. We felt at home. Such a shame we couldn't stay longer.

We found the guesthouse clean, and the staff responded efficiently when we arrived late, helping us check in. It was comfortable and budget friendly, with good beds, working aircon, and hot, strong showers. Guests can use soap, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste, along with refillable hot and cold water, kitchenware, a microwave and fridge. Jeonju Hanok Village, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. A local bus stop about five minutes away connects to the main bus station. A lovely place in Jeonju, and I'd highly recommend it.

It's about five minutes from Nambu Market, right at the edge of Hanok Village. Nights were quiet, and the room was clean, though on the small side. The toilet is shared rather than ensuite, and there isn't a laundry facility.

For the price and location, I thought this place was great. It was the least expensive option I found close to Jeonju culture park, just one block south of the Catholic church. The English name Dana Haru appears only in Korean on the outside, so it may be tricky to spot. The rooms are small, but the beds were large, comfortable and warm even with seasonal temperatures dropping to zero outside. The floors are heated and the modern showers have hot water. Our three bedrooms shared a restroom and had a connected kitchenette. Only the largest room had a TV, and it was small with no Western or English news stations.

The owner was so kind, and the hostel was lovely, clean, and full of flowers. It's near the bus and Hanok Village. There wasn't a toaster, though.
