We booked this at the last minute after something unexpected came up on our route, once we’d finished the Jirisan Trekking. Of all the hotels I stayed in during my visit to Korea, this was the best. It deserves more stars than it has, in my opinion. The room was spotless, airy, bright, and had a lovely view. The slippers were very soft. I also thought it was brilliant that the shower was separate from the toilet area. Thanks to the staff as well. When I return to Korea, I’ll spend more time in Jinju and definitely stay here again.

The room itself was good, but I was disappointed by the young male receptionist on duty in the evening. I greeted him politely and wasn’t giving him any trouble, yet he seemed irritated that I was paying cash instead of by card. I kept wondering, what’s the problem? He couldn’t speak English, which was fine because I can speak some Korean. But when I didn’t know how to use the heating system, he didn’t even try to help. His attitude was awful.
