They keep the paper cups in a separate container, which is a nice touch to keep the dust off. There’s water and other drinks in the fridge, plus green tea and coffee. I think they put out toast and jam in the morning. It’s clean enough overall, though a little dated. The bathroom pressure is weak, and getting the water temperature right is annoying. Being right on the street also means plenty of traffic noise, although closing the windows helps. If all you need is a place to sleep, it’s fine.

The room was small, but it turned out cleaner and nicer than I expected. The stairs, though, didn’t seem very clean, and there was a smelly trash can sitting on them. I also didn’t see an elevator. This is an unmanned place, so you pick a room at the vending machine instead of going to a front desk. It seemed to have ramen, coffee beans, and bread, but the coffee machine was being serviced, I never saw any bread, and the water heater wasn’t working at all. The nightly room price looked like 40,000 won reduced to 20,000 won for Yeogiaeottae members.

There’s no elevator, and the parking lot has seven spaces. The place is clean, well equipped, and doesn’t feel old.

The room lighting is nice, and it’s quiet around here, though there aren’t many shops nearby. I was uneasy at first when there was no water, but I got some later. With so few guests it stays quiet, and I was satisfied overall.
