The room's facilities were decent, like those in a studio apartment, but the service was the rudest I encountered on my trip. They said the parking area could fit six cars, though in reality it could fit about two, When I said there were no spaces, they basically told me parking was first come, first served and to figure it out myself. The room was on the 4fourth floor, and with no elevator I had to carry my luggage up the stairs myself. When I asked if there was no elevator, they curtly said there wasn't one. The room was full of notices about things we weren't allowed to do and extra charges, as well as warnings about compensation for damages. I went with a baby who had just turned one, and starting at 99 a.m. they called with an attitude that we had to pay extra because three people had checked in. There was no information about infants or young children, and we weren't given toiletries or bedding. When I asked whether they should have told us before check-in, they said the information was posted and asked if I hadn't read it. When I complained, the owner hung up on me. The service was hard to consider hospitality. We had gone to see Jinju Fortress, but ran into this absurd situation first thing in the morning, and I wanted to leave Jinju as soon as possible. I never want to go back. I'm leaving this review so that anyone thinking of staying there won't be treated the way I was or have their trip ruined.
