There's plenty to do nearby, and the location worked well for me. It's on the east side, north of the Nam river, in the older part of the city, but Jinju is small, so that wasn't a concern. Our room was roomy, comfortable, and clean. The staff were polite, and the gentleman we spoke with had good English and answered our questions helpfully.

We could walk to both the Nam River and Jinju Castle, and there was a traditional market and downtown nearby too. The motel was quiet, clean, and cheap. The owner and front desk staff were really friendly and happy to answer questions. A nice, convenient base for exploring.

The white sheets were lovely, and there wasn't any of that usual motel smell. I guess that's because the building is new.
