We had a family room for four, including an infant and a toddler, and it worked great for us. After the long drive from Incheon, the bathtub was wonderful for a soak, and the room had space for the kids. The amenities felt premium, from the bath soaps to the in-room slippers, all good quality. Our Klook booking check-in went smoothly, and the receptionist greeted us warmly and courteously. Parking is limited and quite tight for larger cars, but otherwise I'd rate the stay 10/10 and recommend it.

The room was clean, and getting around from here was easy, so I'd consider staying again for the accessibility. While I was in bed on the sixth floor, I could faintly hear karaoke from the floor below. I was there on a weekday, and it stopped before 1 AM. The harder pillows and bed weren't quite to my liking. Sound also carried through the building: there's no inner bathroom door, so dripping water and ventilation fans from above and below were loud, and I could hear desks and chairs being dragged.

A simple breakfast is available for 5,000 won if you ask for it. In the morning, they hang a sandwich and a drink on the doorknob. The facilities are clean and quiet.

I first came to Jinju for work after a colleague recommended this place. The price is reasonable, and the bed and pillows are decent. It was clean and odor-free then, and when I returned for another business trip on November 14th for one night, it was still tidy and had no odor.

I stayed in a suite with a good room condition and a non-carpeted floor, which I really liked. The bathroom was very spacious and had all the amenities, plus a huge bathtub. They provided three bottles of water and two bathrobes.
