The staff were helpful, but the rest was poor. The entrance was muddy, the elevator dirty, and the hall carpets stained. In the room there were stains, mold in the shower, hairs on the supposedly clean towels, and a terrace with spiders everywhere. Glad I only stayed one night. I wouldn't come back.

The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony I didn't use, and Lotte mart was just a short walk away. I stayed nearly a week. This seems to be one of the newer hotels around Jinju, in a less crowded part of town with wider roads. The bathroom had a bit of a soggy smell, which I associate with plumbing issues generally in Korea. I wish the front desk staff wouldn't eat lunch and dinner in the lobby, since the smell fills the whole entrance and they'd have more personal space elsewhere. It also felt strange to see escort ads allowed on the door. Soundproofing was pretty awful, and loud activity next door could be heard. This is a family-friendly and business hotel, not a love motel.

The front desk clerks were quite friendly, and the room itself wasn't bad. But I found hairs on the towels and in the shower booth, so I wondered when the room had been cleaned. The location was okay, though getting into the parking lot was pretty tight for a pickup truck. I don't think I'll visit again.

There's a mall with a grocery store just a block away, and plenty of places to eat nearby. A great place to stay in Jinju.

It's in Jinju's new city, with lots of restaurants nearby. The location is very good.
