A famous rest stop, with a good range of food inside. Very relaxing.

A clean, modern hotel that's inexpensive and close to the seaside.

The complimentary toast breakfast was a nice touch. We were four, with two children, and had plenty of room in a clean space with one large bed and one small one. Having two TVs and two bathrooms was impressive.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel. The rooms are clean and looked after, and guests can get a light breakfast. The first floor has a coffee machine and ice maker, along with the other things you need. If you’re using the civic car, ask at the front desk about the 10% discount.

The owner and the service-minded staff were friendly, and after a long time I finally got a good night's sleep. Breakfast also felt like a special treat. The facilities aren't state-of-the-art, but the owner's care in keeping the place up really stood out. I struggle to stay somewhere when the bedding smells strongly, usually of cigarettes. Here it didn't smell at all, and the towels were clean and odor-free. This is the best place I've stayed recently.
