From outside, I thought it was a cute cafe or whiskey bar, but it turned out to be a guesthouse. The shared facilities were clean, and I loved the paintings in every room. Next time I come to Korea, I plan to stay at Cheongchun Guesthouse for a longer stretch. Be sure to sit in the yard with a coffee!

The cafe area in the shared space was a nice part of our stay. We spent two nights here as a family, and the accommodation became the most memorable part of my Mokpo trip. The owner was friendly, the hanok was lovely, and both the bedding and bathroom were clean.

Being close to Mt. Yudalsan meant I could experience both the New Year's Eve bell-ringing ceremony and the sunrise. The place itself was a renovated chapel that kept the charm of an old wooden house, and I was completely satisfied with it. The owner was so kind, and I was really grateful for the delicious rice cake soup with beef and oysters served as a special treat on New Year's morning. Everything worked out well for me.

The renovated house has a fantastic atmosphere, and being at the lower station of Yudalsan adds to the great feel of the place. It's a cozy choice for a family getaway. As you'd expect from a guesthouse, there are useful things like a refrigerator, coffee, and bread.

They made delicious coffee in the morning, and the sandwiches were tasty too. The room was warm, with cozy blankets, and the owner was kind and pretty. ๐
