The stairs are steep and narrow, which felt a bit dangerous on my first stay at a drive-in hotel. If you're bringing young kids or older people, think about how hard they might find it to get around.

My room in the unmanned wing was modern and clean, but checking in was a bit of a hassle since I wasn't sure what to do and had to call the owner. The building has both an unmanned wing and a hotel wing. Worth considering if you're after somewhere cheaper than the nearby Ramada.

Right at the entrance to Mungyeong Pass, the location is excellent. The owner was very friendly and the rooms were clean. (The photo was taken when I checked out.)
