Namwon River Motel

The view was breathtaking, and I was able to rest comfortably after hiking Jirisan during a cold snap. The room was already warm when I checked in, the water pressure was good, and hot water came through smoothly. Each room had an air purifier, several phone charging cables, and even a computer, though I didn't turn it on. The only nearby convenience store is an unmanned E-Mart 24, so other amenities are a bit of a walk.

It's a good value place to stay in Namwon, though the rooms need remodeling.

It's an old place, so there's a musty smell as soon as you walk in, though you get used to it quickly. I stayed in a room for three, and it was spacious, with a separate living room and a massage bed. There's also a massage chair. I didn't use the whirlpool tub, but it has pretty much everything.

The room was poorly cleaned and ventilated, and it smelled very musty. The air purifier filter was covered in mold, which made the stay really uncomfortable. Check the room before signing the contract.
