The price was good, and it’s probably fine if you’re busy and spending most of your time out. We found the room too dark and hot, with a bed that wasn’t comfortable and poor breakfasts. The lights and air conditioning were awkward to operate, and there were no instructions. The AC controls are on the TV remote, which is a strange setup. I’d have liked more comfort.

The service really dragged down the stay. The female manager was unfriendly and rude when I made a simple request, and seemed very closed-minded about it. She didn’t seem to understand customer service, or perhaps hadn’t been trained in it. The male trainee tried his best, but also seemed to lack basic service training. Her attitude was so bad that it overshadowed the good parts of the hotel. The room and bathroom layout also felt unsafe. The bathroom floor gets extremely wet after a shower or bath, and our youngest nearly hit her head when she slipped. My DH nearly broke his toe when someone closed the bathroom door into him while he was brushing his teeth by the sink. In my opinion, the design is dangerous. Be especially careful with kids, because someone could get seriously hurt. There were some real positives: the buffet was great, and the room was quiet and spacious enough that we all slept well. The Jacuzzi was great, and both the room and bathroom were clean and nice. The air conditioner got cold, and the TV worked well and was easy to use. The English instructions for the bidet and remote were a nice extra, and the price was right. Please think about safety from morning through evening!!!!

The front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel felt fairly new and was clean. There was a good variety at the breakfast buffet. The bed, though, was hard and somewhat uncomfortable. All the light switches are by the entrance, which isn’t handy when you’re going to bed.

For a three-star hotel, I thought it was pretty good. The staff were polite, friendly, and spoke English. Breakfast was fine, with enough to choose from even though the continental selection wasn’t large. I was staying as a guest of our customer, so I can’t say anything about the price. The bed and pillows felt a little hard to me, but that’s just personal preference.
