This is the worst place and system I’ve ever dealt with!!! I booked a room for two this morning, then realized I’d meant to book for four. I canceled within 10 minutes, but they still said there’d be no refund. The owner is basically telling me to throw away 150,000 won. Canceling that quickly doesn’t cause a loss, so why refuse the refund? It feels like they just want to resell the room and make twice the money. That’s an awful way to think. This won’t work out for you.
