Pocheon Sanjung Resort Pension & Caravan

The photos made the place look very different from what we found. We were the only guests, and all the tents and caravans were really dirty on the outside, with lots of trash around them. Inside the caravan there was a musty, moldy smell. We were itchy and couldn't sleep well the first night, and I think it was bed bugs. They gave us just two dirty towels, one with a dead bug on it. The dishes, cups and cutlery were all dirty, so we had to wash them before using them. The rice cooker was still dirty from the previous guests too. The bathroom floor was dirty, and the shampoo, body wash and toothpaste had already been opened, were dirty and used. On the second night, after less than five minutes in the shower, the water turned cold while we still had shampoo in our hair. We had to heat water in pots and wash that way, like we were living in the 18th century. We called the owner, who said we'd talk the next day. If I'd known all this, I never would have booked this joke of a place. What's worse, the other camping site across from us is perfect, while we're here smelling mold and washing in cold water as people there have an amazing time. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
