Pochoen The Dream Hotel

What bothered me most was how rudely the manager or staff spoke to me. They became angry when I called the front desk, asking why I hadn't called back after 30 minutes and reminding me that rooms might differ from the photos. I'd booked a deluxe room with a two-person bathtub through the reservation app, but the room had only a mini tub. It wasn't just the blanket color or the basic furniture layout that differed. The bathtub was half-dead, which was incredibly frustrating. I'm sorry, but if they'd simply told me no other rooms were available, I would've accepted that.
