The reception lady was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. She quickly helped me order delivery at night, which I really appreciated. The hotel is beautiful, and I'd recommend it to solo travelers too.

The room is cozy and clean, and the interior facilities were tidy with no problems. It does feel a little small for a hotel. The counter service seemed too brief, with only short explanations and little other helpful information. The hotel is down an alley.

It's in a great spot, right across from Jukdo Market, but the alley makes parking tight. The room was small and musty. It looked clean at first, though the bathroom had mold and smelled damp. I expected a remodel, but the sink didn't drain properly either. At least the bedding was fluffy. There's no Netflix, so you have to watch regular TV.

My booking confirmation didn’t appear until about 5 PM on the day I was supposed to stay, and it wasn’t even listed under my Agoda bookings. I wound up reserving somewhere else and losing money I’d worked hard for. Maybe Agoda was the issue, and I know the processing seemed a little slow, but the replies I got just told me to be careful. They came across as careless.
