The rooms and toilets were dirty despite having a cleaning stamp. There was hair on the bathroom and room floor, and the cleaning conditions were poor. There was no support staff, and the staff were unfriendly. The place had an environment of prostitution and pimping, so it's a hotel to avoid.

It's about a 100-meter walk to the beach, though I doubt the hotel has a sea view. The building is old and renovated. It has some amenities, but they don't seem to be in service.

The facilities and room amenities are somewhat outdated. Still, the ocean view right in front of the guest room is one of the best, and the beach isn't crowded, which is definitely a plus.

The owner was incredibly kind, and I had a comfortable stay. The room was very clean and had an ocean view, and the location was convenient. I was also very pleased with the Yayoi Kusama artwork in the lobby.

This is a hotel-class(?) place in a good location, and it isn't too expensive. It's in a secluded area, so there are absolutely no amenities nearby. If you want things like amusement parks close at hand, I wouldn't recommend it. But if a quiet place to relax is what you're after, I highly recommend it. The facilities are a bit old, though they seem well maintained, and the room condition was good with clean amenities. There's no elevator. Parking isn't something you need to worry about. The hotel is in front of Chilpo Beach, with a great, unobstructed view.
