There were some useful things in the room: a separate dining table and chairs, microwave, kettle, mini fridge, water purifier, a very strong hairdryer, and a hair iron. There was also a clothes styler and an air purifier, although ours needed a filter change and didn’t work. I thought the room was reasonably soundproofed, and check-in and checkout were self-service. The photos made it look like a simple breakfast was included, but it wasn’t. The water was the main problem. Tap water smelled bad and tasted unpleasant, which we noticed while brushing our teeth, though we didn’t drink it. The shower is in the toilet and sink area, leaving the floor wet and slippery for our children. Water pressure couldn’t be sustained, and the temperature was inconsistent. There was only one pair of slippers. The bathtub had no plug, and the shower head didn’t work, so we couldn’t use it as a substitute shower to avoid getting the floor wet. After just one night, our clothes were damp and the window glass was wet from humidity. That may explain why there’s a styler.

I came because Google reviews were positive, but I don’t think I’ll stay here again. The room had a large TV, a Styler, a water purifier, and a microwave, which made it seem okay at first. The cleaning was poor, though. In the bathroom, an unused bar of soap had been left on a sponge with several hairs stuck to it. I asked for it to be cleaned again before I left, but when I returned, it was still there, as if no one had checked. You need to bring your own toiletries or buy them on the first floor for 2,000 won, except for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The body wash dispensers in the bathroom are awful.

This was my second stay this year while on a business trip. The owner is kind, and the room was neat, clean, and pleasant. I got a great rest, helped along by the excellent breakfast. There’s also a Deopjuk restaurant nearby, which is a bonus.

Walking into the room put me in a good mood, it’s so pretty. Each floor has its own theme: one I saw felt like watching Squid Game, and another had a retro look. The room has a marble-tile-like texture and feels clean, with nice amenities, a lovely smell, and spotless bedding. The huge TV is great for movies, and the lighting behind it gives a fantastic effect.

It’s a cozy, friendly, clean guesthouse near Jukdo Market. You can get breakfast, and there’s a famous "Deopjuk" restaurant nearby. The room has a Styler, air purifier, hot and cold water purifier, and bathtub, which made it a great place to stay.
