There’s everything you need, and the price is great. The duplex has two beds, so four people can fit comfortably. It didn’t seem especially clean, though, so I’d suggest it if you mainly need somewhere to sleep rather than a place to hang out.

Room 211 felt like a gamble, so I’d try a different room next time. The bathroom seemed dry, which put me off the bed. There were mosquitoes everywhere, a stale cigarette smell, faded bedding, and rain leaking from the ceiling beside the air conditioner. The toilet paper was nearly gone, too. It had a Simmons mattress and hotel bedding? ..

Having an unmanned parking spot right by the single room was nice. But the floor was cold and the sound carried through the walls, so I couldn’t sleep well.

It was handy having one room and one parking space, and getting around was easy. Downtown, Jukdo Market, and the express bus terminal were all accessible.

For my first motel stay, it was pretty decent for the price.
