For the price, it's decent value. There isn't regular maintenance, though. You have to ask to get things like the air conditioner remote or router.

There's just one air conditioner, and it's in the living room. Each room has a steam room, but that didn't help much. I ended up giving up on the bed and sleeping in the living room. I'd absolutely regret staying here during peak summer vacation.

The upstairs bathroom ceiling was low, which made it awkward to use. We had a spacious two-story family room, though, and it worked well for a group. The condo is near Phoenix Park Ski Resort.

The attic on the top floor was a big hit with the kids. It's a clean, quiet pension.
