Happy Dream Pension

Happy Forest pension has clean facilities, and they're good too.

It's quiet and pleasant here, with dogs and cats around. The owner kindly gave us apples he'd grown himself. The facilities are a little old, though, and there aren't any nearby amenities.

A good pick if you want somewhere quiet and private, with nobody else around. You can barbecue outside, and Wi-Fi is available. It feels like going to your grandfather's place in the countryside, with nothing else nearby.

After visiting the Pyeongchang Trout Festival, five of us booked this on Airbnb and paid about 110,000 won. BBQ was 30,000 won. The owner was very friendly and kept checking on the fire. They didn't add more charcoal, but we ate and cleaned up quickly, so it worked out fine. The duplex had a balcony, though it was quite hot upstairs and cold downstairs. I accepted that as typical of duplexes. The dog and cat were cute, too. We had a great stay!
