The building has a slightly aged exterior, and barbecue smoke doesn't vent very well. In the duplex rooms, noise from downstairs carries upstairs quite loudly, which is a shame. The building's design and interior feel luxurious, though, and the swimming pool, nearby walking paths, and barbecue area are nice.

This was my third visit, and I don't think I'll return. The facilities seem worse each time, and the owner doesn't seem interested in improving them. The pool water was extremely dirty and very cloudy, even though they say it's clear stream water. The leather sofas are so scratched up that I didn't want to sit on them. There isn't much around, either. The electrical cords are frayed and dangerous, and there's no air conditioning on the duplex's second floor. When I was about to die from the heat, the owner kindly told me it gets cooler at night. And the humidity??? I really don't recommend this place.

If a quiet pension is what you're after, this is a great choice. There's a pool for children, and in the morning you open the curtains to a lush green lawn. It's a good place for a restful, healing stay.

The barbecue fire was looked after for us, which I appreciated. The large window has a beautiful view, and the clean bed and pillows were comfortable. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed.
