The price is good for the quality, and the staff are nice. There's free wifi, too. The rooms could use a bit of a refresh, and there were only 4 chairs for a 6 people accommodation.

The location and layout aren't bad, but the accommodation was poorly maintained. The mold and sewage smell was awful, and the dishes were sticky, so I didn't use them. Some walls showed signs of water leaks, and there was a gouged hole in the handle behind the loft bedroom door. When I opened the toilet lid, a huge centipede was right there. A friend got me a free two-day stay, but I only slept there the first night and drove home that night on the second day. Even for free, I didn't want to stay. It looks like the individual units are sold to residents while the management office oversees the complex, so perhaps the owners aren't managing them directly. The units owned and managed by the head of the management office might be okay, but I don't want to visit again.
